Custom Orders

How to Place a Custom Order

• Fill in the form information.
• Describe the yarn or spinning fiber you would like, specifying the color name, quantity, and yarn size or fiber (e.g., worsted or sock).
• If you have an inspirational photo or color reference, you may attach it to your request.

 Order and Payment Steps

• Once your request is submitted, you will receive an
  invoice via email.
• Work on your order will begin after the payment is received.
• When your order is finished, you will be notified and will receive shipping information. 

Refund Policy

Custom orders are non-refundable, even if the final product does not match your expectations exactly. However, I will collaborate with you throughout the process to ensure your vision is realized as closely as possible.
